A partnership for both sides
Our Alliance approach consists of a site based team of engineers and designers supporting ongoing improvements to infrastructure, including major project expansions. Each site is different, but our remit will often look like this:
- Smaller and larger projects, circa 50 projects on going at any one time
- Team is supported by off-site resources when required:
- Multi discipline design;
- Additional site based resources to meet specific short term requirements;
- Project and Construction Managers, including Health & Safety support;
- Procurement Lead;
- Specialist Engineering Services.
Everything can be delivered on a contract, rolling or ad-hoc basis.
