GROUP SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

New to the team in 2020, Kevin brings with him a host of experience in Business Development and Marketing from across the industrial sector and is working across all of the Addison businesses. Whilst his primary focus is on growth for Project across the UK, he continues to support the Precision arm with business development and is a key player in developing a Group wide Sales & Marketing Strategy to help take us forwards into what is an exciting period for Addison as a whole.

ENGINEERING GENERAL MANAGER

Part of the team since Addison was founded, Geoff undertakes the role of General Manager in the company. Leading by example, he is often involved in the “business end” of jobs ensuring the team deliver on their promises.

Steve has been with the Addison team since 1997 and is a mechanical specialist with a long history of supporting clients with their pipework and fabrication requirements. He is very much hands on, involved throughout the execution of a job to ensure our clients are continually delighted.

Sophie has been a part of the Addison Team for many years providing support across the group. With an extensive creative background in education, Sophie has recently focused on improving our market visibility and helping to grow the Academy. Sophie supports the group in our business growth endeavours and is passionate about the whole Addison team and their capabilities. She is a very positive influence around the group and is proficient in finding solutions, with a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of customer service at the top of her list.
