Addison Project Plc are seeking expressions of interest fromโฏ(PSC)โฏcontractorsโฏto provide Project Management servicesโฏto support a design engineering upgrade projectโฏinโฏLancashire.โฏย
Workscope:โฏย
- Toย provideโฏengineeringโฏdesignย basedโฏProject Management services fromโฏFrontโฏEnd through detailed design.โฏย
- Full responsibility forโฏtheโฏdeliveryโฏtoโฏinstallย ofย a new process integrated into an operational manufacturing plant.โฏย

Services to be provided:โฏย
- Complete project management services from Front End through detailed designโฏย
- Day-to-day client interface and stakeholder managementโฏย
- Provideโฏguidanceโฏtoโฏclient teams and theโฏconstruction managerโฏย
- Plan and control scope, schedule,โฏcostโฏand riskโฏโฏย
- Coordinate multi-discipline design (Process, Mech, EC&I, Civils/Struct) and constructability reviews.โฏย
- Leadย all design engineeringย activities for the project.โฏย
- Site surveys forโฏinitialย information gathering for future site scopesโฏโฏย
- Procurement oversight and contractor managementโฏโฏย
- Change control, TQs/RFIs, EWNs/CEs (as applicable), and clear reporting cadence.โฏย
- Weekly progress reporting and dashboards for client and Addisonโฏโฏย

Experience Requiredโฏย
It is essential you canโฏdemonstrateโฏthe following:โฏย
- Proven Project Managementโฏexperience delivering EPC/EPCmโฏprojects in industry (UK onshore inโฏfood andโฏbeverage/chemicals/petrochemicals).โฏย
- Demonstrableโฏdesign engineering experience delivering projects on time and to budgetโฏย
- Solid planning skills (Microsoft Project) and cost/risk control.โฏย
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision making.โฏย
- Minimum HNC or City and Guildsย in and engineering subjectย with suitable and relevant experienceย UK onshore experienceโฏย
- Project Management qualification is desirableโฏย
