Addison Project were approached by our client to complete a FEEP +/- 10% estimate for the project which included two phases. Phase 1 included the refurbishment of an old warehouse, relocating the bulk material facility and improving road access, with Phase 2 including the construction of a Phthalic and Maleic Anhydride Tanker Offloading, new tank farm with DEG and TCEP Storage Tanks and additional raw material storage. Once the project was sanction Addison completed both phases.
Project Scope
Our role as EPCM contractor involved multi-discipline design, including process, civil structural, mechanical and control electrical. Addison also completed the project management and planning duties, procurement of all equipment and contracts on the project and construction management of the trades on site, including CDM supervision and co-ordination.
