We have the capacity to manufacture and fabricate sheet metal, pipework and steelwork. Our site services also include installation, maintenance, overhauls, shut down planning, skid design and manufacturing and relocations.

Our purpose built fabrication, repair and overhaul workshop enables us to utilise the very latest engineering techniques and keep these at the forefront of our engineering services. The Engineering team have extensive experience, gained over several decades, in this highly specialist area. They are focused on delivery of solutions to new and existing clients, often where there is no ‘off-the-shelf’ answer.
Marcus Addison
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Marcus has been a mainstay of Addison since the Project arm was formed in 1997. With a strong background in contract and cost management, Marcus is able to support the business from a commercial stance and his skills are often utilised when setting up major contracts on behalf of our clients. He is actively involved in the day-to-day management and customer facing elements and a driving force across the whole group.
Kevin Simmonds
GROUP SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
Part of the team since 2020, Kevin has a host of experience in Business Development and Marketing from across the industrial sector and works across all of the Addison businesses. With a primary focus on growth for Project across the UK, he is a key player in our successful NE operation. He continues to work with the Precision arm from a commercial angle alongside delivering a Group wide Sales & Marketing Strategy taking us forwards in what is an exciting period for Addison as a whole.
Geoff Coulborn
ENGINEERING GENERAL MANAGER
Part of the team since Addison was founded, Geoff undertakes the role of General Manager in the company. Leading by example, he is often involved in the “business end” of jobs ensuring the team deliver on their promises.
Steve Mayer
ENGINEERING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Steve has been with the Addison team since 1997 and is a mechanical specialist with a long history of supporting clients with their pipework and fabrication requirements. He is very much hands on, involved throughout the execution of a job to ensure our clients are continually delighted.
Sophie Addison
MARKETING & CSR DIRECTOR
Sophie has been a part of the Addison Team for many years providing support across the group. With an extensive creative background in education, Sophie has recently focused on improving our market visibility and helping to grow the Academy. Sophie supports the group in our business growth endeavours and is passionate about the whole Addison team and their capabilities. She is a very positive influence around the group and is proficient in finding solutions, with a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of customer service at the top of her list.
