Cheque Presentation

Kevin Simmonds and Gina Peacock had the pleasure of presenting St Francis of Assisi C of E Primary School with their £2000 this week, being the school nominated following our Engineering Firm of the Year win at the NEPIC awards 2023.

St Francis of Assisi C of E Primary School

The presentation, complete with giant comedy cheque, took place in the glorious sunshine at the school, with the head teacher and some of the pupils.

This money means such a lot and they were over the moon to receive this prize. It will allow them to fund some exciting science based projects throughout the school to support and enrich the learning of their STEM subjects.

A massive thankyou goes to NEPIC for this hugely important initiative they carry out, which requires businesses on entering the awards to nominate a school in order to receive an extremely generous £2000 cash sum to enrich STEM projects within their settings.

We very much look forward to returning to the school and hearing about what kind of activities they carried out and to further expose these young, hungry minds to the world of engineering in order to help them understand more about it.
