Workscope
Addison Project Plc require a contractor to provide Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Design Engineering services for a period of 12 months. This scope can be delivered from either our Middlesbrough, Daresbury or Thornton-Cleveleys offices.
Services to be provided
- EC&I Engineering Design
- I/O schedule, Cable routing drawings & cable schedules
- Instrument block cable diagrams
- Single line diagrams
- EC&I Installation Scope of Work documents
- Amtech electrical cable calculations
- Electrical load schedules
- Lighting & small power layouts
- Developing URS & FDS
- Produce and drive data sheets
- Specification and approval of instrumentation and LV switch gear
- Checking and approval of Engineering Design
- Prepare vendor packs for invitation to tender and liaise with vendors
- Manage the spend vs progress on the project and report internally
- Site surveys, visits and meetings with clients
- Cost estimates
Evidence Required
- Minimum HNC in electrical, control or instrumentation related subject
- Charted status
- Suitable and relevant electrical, control or instrumentation design engineering experience gained in the UK Onshore process sector – chemical, petrochemical, oil&gas, pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive and able to solve problems quickly and accurately
