Steve joined the team in March 2018 with 32 years’ experience in engineering covering the aerospace and motor sport industry.

He previously worked for Rolls-Royce and Magellan Aerospace, before joining Addison Precision as Quality Manager where his main objective is the continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System and retaining their certification to AS9100 & ISO 13485
