Marcus has been a key part of the Addison Group since the Project business was established in 1997 and now leads the Group as CEO. With a strong background in contract and cost management, he brings significant commercial expertise and plays an important role in shaping major client agreements and wider business strategy. Marcus remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business and maintains a strong customer-facing presence across the group. He is passionate about fostering a positive culture and strong company ethos, underpinned by high standards, integrity and accountability. Marcus is also a strong advocate for sustainable business practices, ensuring that growth is delivered responsibly while supporting both our people and the long-term needs of our clients.
