Marcus Addison

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Marcus has been a mainstay of Addison since the Project arm was formed in 1997. With a strong background in contract and cost management, Marcus is able to support the business from a commercial stance and his skills are often utilised when setting up major contracts on behalf of our clients. He is actively involved in the day-to-day management and customer facing elements and a driving force across the whole group.

Mark Verdon

PRECISION MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mark joined the business back in April 2019 to head up Precision, bringing with him over 34 years of industry knowledge.

From starting his career at the grass roots of engineering, serving his time as a CNC machinist, Mark has gone on to work at all levels within the industry, ranging from small to medium sized subcontract companies to more recent roles within Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace engaging in supply chain management and purchasing.

Having worked extensively across multiple industry sectors his role is to help in the development, transformation and growth of the business whilst promoting our core values, ethos and strengths.

Sophie Addison

MARKETING & CSR DIRECTOR

Sophie has been a part of the Addison Team for many years providing support across the group. With an extensive creative background in education, Sophie has recently focused on improving our market visibility and helping to grow the Academy. Sophie supports the group in our business growth endeavours and is passionate about the whole Addison team and their capabilities. She is a very positive influence around the group and is proficient in finding solutions, with a commitment to delivering exceptional levels of customer service at the top of her list.

Ray Lynch

PRECISION ACCOUNT MANAGER

One of the longest serving team members, Ray spent his early career manufacturing gas turbine blades and vanes and the production of bespoke machine tools.

He joined Addison in 1989, during this time he has fulfilled many roles, progressing from the shop floor to higher management and is currently Senior Account Manager supporting the Aerospace sector.

Jayne Jackson

SUPPLY CHAIN LEAD

Starting her career in the injection moulding industry, Jayne has been part of the team for nearly two decades. Since joining Addison, Jayne’s role has grown extensively during her time. She now oversees all procurement and supply chain activities, as well as playing a key role in client account management. Jayne also plays a key support function for the senior leadership team.
