We’re delighted to say that, after the Sheffield Eagles promotion to the Wheelchair Rugby League Super League last year, we’re once again sponsoring Joe Wink-Simmonds for the 2025 season.
Joe hit the winning penalty in golden point extra time in the play off final against Gravesend in Hull last October, and the squad have been training hard for the season that kicks off with a Challange Cup tie versus Warrington Wolves this weekend.
In addition, their efforts have been recognised by the national set up as Joe and other team members were invited to the England Pathway event last week in Nottingham.
With the step up, this season promises to be a real challenge as they’ll be playing teams with international players every week, however, we’d like to wish them all the best!
