Services: Principal Civil and Structural Engineering
Location: Daresbury
Status: Outside IR35, 12 months
Addison Project are seeking a contractor to provide Principal Civil and Structural Engineering Services for a period of 12 months in Daresbury.
Services to be provided
- Whole Design Process, including calculations, scopes and estimates for civil and structural elements
- Liaising with Clients and project teams
- Liaising with Architect / Design consultants
- Interface with Project Teams
- Contract Implementation
- Lead Civil & Structural Engineering project
- Resource and team efficiency review
Experience Required:
- Chartered status with a relevant professional body
- Knowledge of British & Euro-Codes of Practice and Health & Safety
- Demonstrable experience in Chemical Plant and Industry buildings design
- Minimum HND Civil & Structural Engineering certification
- Experienced in 3D Tekla structures / Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD Advance Steel / 3D AutoCAD is advantageous
- Evidence of Navisworks and 3D point cloud survey experience is advantageous
- Experienced in the production of specifications and authoring of technical report
- Experienced in the production of tender documentation and contract management
- Experienced in Civil/Structural design standards
- Experience with liaison with building control and the required standards
- Experienced in infrastructure adoptable standards Prepare Civils / Structural BOQ
- Site surveys
- Condition inspection and reporting
- Estimating design detailing durations
